Ian's Creations started with my founder Ian making wings for his co-workers at his restaurant job. From there, finding the perfect flavor became an obsession. And the result? The best spiced honey you'll ever have.
When I was a child, my father introduced me to lemon pepper. It started with pizza, and then pop corn, and then wings. As I got older, I also developed an obsession with hot sauce, and started drizzling it on everything. Every restaurant I went to, I asked if they could mix lemon pepper with buffalo sauce for my wings. Naturally, I started to make hot lemon pepper wings at home.
But I could never quite get the lemon pepper to stick. So I started experimenting. Honey was one of the first idea's that came to mind. Once I saw that the honey would help the spices stick, I started throwing all sorts of flavors on my wings. As I shared my creation with co-workers and friends, I quickly found through great reviews and feedback that I was onto something special.
One co-worker requested that I bottle up this sauce so he could take some home. And that's what led to Ian's Creations, a place where I can share the flavors I love most on a professional level.
